35-year-old Indian man held for duping lady in bringing again stranded daughter from Ukraine, India News News

A 35-year-old man has been arrested in Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. The unemployed individual has allegedly duped a girl in Vidisha by promising to convey her daughter again from the Ukraine, the police stated on Saturday.  

The girl’s daughter, who was learning drugs, is stranded within the war-torn nation.

Prince Gawa, who hails from Gurugram in Haryana, known as up Vaishali Wilson on Wednesday, claiming to be from the Prime Minister’s Workplace (PMO), an official stated.  

To rearrange for flight tickets, Gawa requested for Rs 42,000 from the lady, and stopped all types of communication after she transferred the cash by means of cell banking later within the evening, the official stated.

“Gawa was held from Gurugram in Haryana on Friday and brought to Vidisha this morning. He was charged with cheating under IPC and Information Act provisions. He has committed fraud in Haryana as well,” Kotwali police station in-charge inspector Ashutosh Singh instructed PTI.  

The accused has been remanded in judicial custody for a fortnight, Singh added.
