Monday.

on

when
Singh,

his
two
associates,
boarded
a
cab
for
the
western
Ukrainian
metropolis
of
Lviv
in
a
bid
to
escape
Kyiv.
Singh
is
enrolled
in
a
language
course
at
Worldwide
European
College
in
Kyiv.
