Pune, Mar 06: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday inaugurated the Pune metro rail venture.

The inauguration of the 12-km stretch of the full 32.2-km lengthy venture came about on the Garware Metro Station, from the place Modi proceeded to take a metro trip to the Anandnagar station.

The overall price of the Pune metro venture is over Rs 11,400 crore. The PM had laid the inspiration stone for the venture on December 24, 2016.

The metro might be operational on two routes-Vanaz to Garware School Metro Station and PCMC (Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Company) to Phugewadi Metro Station.
