Amazon Prime Video is reportedly in superior talks to amass the TV adaptation of the favored “God of War” online game.
In response to SelectionPrime Video is negotiating with Sony Footage Tv and PlayStation Productions for the mission.
The collection hails from Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby of The Expanse fame and The Wheel of Time showrunner Rafe Judkins.
The online game, which first launched in 2005, is predicated on historical mythology and follows the story of the titular protagonist, Kratos, a Spartan warrior and later god of warfare, who was delivered to kill his household by his former grasp, the unique Greek god of warfare Ares.
The collection adaptation will give attention to Kratos’ journey via the Greek world, following a path of revenge after being tricked into killing his household by the Olympian gods.
