Thiruvananthapuram, Mar 13: The weatherman warned that the utmost temperature in sure districts of Kerala was prone to rise by two to 3 levels Celsius on Sunday.
The India Meteorological Division (IMD) on Saturday stated the districts of Kollam, Alappuzha, Thrissur, Kozhikode and Kannur would possibly expertise an above-normal temperature on March 12 and 13.
“There are chances that the maximum temperature is most likely to be above normal by two to three degrees Celsius in Kollam, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Thrissur, Kozhikode Kannur Kannur districts on March 12 and 13, 2022,” Ok Santhosh, IMD Director, Thiruvananthapuram stated. He stated the state acquired 33 per cent much less rain than the typical rainfall. Dry north-easterly wind is one more reason, Santhosh stated.
The IMD added that Thrissur district recorded the best temperature on Friday at 38.6 levels Celsius, adopted by neighbouring Palakkad touching 38 levels Celsius.
